Cornelia Witthöft, Professor in Food Science with a focus on nutrition/food chemistry at the Department of Chemistry and Biomedicine, Linnaeus University, Sweden.

Prof Witthöft’s research interests concern food quality and the development of new healthy foods. For example, she works on characterizing the nutrients in raw material and food, and studies how food processing affects nutrient content.
