1st Steering Committee meeting

At the first SC meeting the members discussed relevant and strategic concurrent initiatives, events and the following decisions were taken:

-       The SC agreed on the expanded definition of the SC role until the SAB and BoD are appointed

-       The SC agreed on the current line

-       The SC prioritised the securing of funding, including a small project to be submitted to the regional EU fund

-       The SC agreed on the need for a survey of local stakeholders, to help in distributing this and that the results should be presented at the next SC meeting

-       The SC agreed on the communications strategy and the building of a website, and agreed to be presented on the website
